The procedures were painless. He is very caring. My only problem was with the receptionist who made a comment once that the only time I called for appts. was when something went wrong. The other problem was with the billing. My insurance would pay and I was left with my portion to pay. I would then get a bill for an additional amount which turned out to be the portion the Insurance company deemed over the customary charges. I am looking for another Dentist
