This was my first experience going to Dr. Rockman and I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. As a disclaimer, the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating and I have no issues with scheduling, availability, payment, etc. As for Dr. Rockman, she might have a dental certification but needs some serious help in the bedside manner department. My circumstances made for a complex procedure which I expected to be painful no matter who was doing it, but I was made to feel as if I were overreacting the entire time, which I find to be ironic considering I have a pretty high pain tolerance (not to mention the old adage the customer is always right, especially when it comes to their body). She came across as very unprofessional when she would say things across me to the aid as if I were unconcious, such as "help me I'm drowning over here" while doing a filling. She was condescending toward me when giving instructions, seemed uncertain at times during the course of the procedure, and overall just did a sloppy job that I am having to get redone by a former dentist out of town. I'm no dental expert but I think the treatment I received was far below average and nowhere near what I would expect from a professional in this field.

About Hygienist: I don't remember the hygienist's name, she was very friendly, but also very agressive with the teeth cleaning. Not the best I've ever had.
