Dr. Locsey is great. He has outstanding chair-side manner and always wants what is best for the patient. His office staff is one-of-a-kind. Every time I have an appointment they recognize me and are very friendly. In general, the office is very family oriented. His daughters and wife work in the office, they are very personable.
