About Front Desk: The staff there is THE WORST STAFF EVER. They lied to me, belittled me, and overcharged me. I am now out HUNDREDS of dollars. I wish Dr. Vu had different staff so that I could return there. The last lady I spoke with after being in a huge billing dispute said, "We have given you excellent customer service. Now don't ever call here again." And hung up the phone on me. I wasn't even being unreasonable on the phone. I would NEVER go there again if my life depended on it. Worst experience ever with a dentist staff.
