My daughter had a very traumatic experience with this dentist.
She was 7 years old and needed a filling. This was to be her very first dental procedure. Dr. Leroy had a full house -meaning all 3 dental chairs were occupied. It was the last appointments of the day. My child was seated and of course I was there with her. Soon the Dr. was there to numb the area with the topical swab. Not even a minute after he had the swab to the area, he took it from her mouth and proceeded to put the needle up to her mouth for the injection of numbing medication. As soon as he did she grabbed and blocked his hand from her face. She was frightened and I was horrified. What came next I could have never imagined. He got up threw his things down and said "I'm not working on her". He was very angry. He never gave any concern to her and made matters worse by his reaction. I left the office with my daughter and to this day I still can not get her to a dentist office because of this experience. The staff and Hygeniest were very friendly.
