Sometimes the novocaine wasn't as effective as it could have been and I felt pain. Also, sometimes it would take numerous shots to numb the area he meant to numb. Not as good as my last dentist (who was exceptional! ). Unfortunately that was in another city. My plan no longer covers him, so I'm looking for another.
