I LOVE this dentist!!! Unfortunately I have horrible teeth so have had to have alot of work done over the years, and have moved alot, so I have been to many dentists. He's the best. He maintains a fun, light atmosphere in the office which alleviates anxiety. He's very gentle. He is very good about explaining what he is going to do and then explaining what he is doing as he is doing it. He gives rests throughout the procedure if it's a long one. He's excellent at balancing good dental care with what someone can afford. He clearly lays out the options as to what is ideal, but also what is absolutely necessary, and will have his office give a clear quote on the work so the patient can make an informative choice. The work that he has done has been excellently finished and long-lasting. His staff is excellent, always friendly and attentive. Waits in the waiting room are virtually non-existent. The facilities are bright, clean, and comfortable. The dentists located just below him gave me the exact opposite experience. What a relief to find Dr. Pollard!!!

About Hygienist: The hygenist is great! Always pleasant, gentle but thorough, and very observant so she can highlight possible problems for Dr. Pollard. Good home care suggestions and great "goody bags" to take home to implement them.
