Dr. Price has a great personality and makes going to the dentist enjoyable, but unfortunately a good portion of the work she did has to be redone: one crown was not seated properly, another crown failed after just one year, and two composite veneers are chipping on the surface of the tooth (not the end) after less than two years. I am in the process of having all of this work redone by another dentist. I have never had to be in the chair for over three hours plus have two impressions made for one crown because the first one did not turn out right, as I did on my last one with Dr. Price.
Finally, I have never been charged to have my x-rays copied and sent to a new dentist, but Dr. Price's office informed my new dentist that I would be charged.
My husband experienced poor customer service from the receptionist at Dr. Price's office: he had to leave three messages before she returned his call to set a new patient appointment, and when he had to change one of his cleaning appointments due to a business conflict, she was rude.
About Hygienist: Excellent work, but they don't mind keeping you waiting for your appointment, but they will not be happy if you are late for your appointment.
