I have complete dental coverage yet this office could not manage to bill my insurance correctly and I have had to pay out of pocket hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I was talked into getting a mouth guard 3 weeks after the birth of my first child and without discussing coverage, I was getting fitted. Next thing I knew I had a $600 dollar bill. The facility is nice and the hygienists are friendly but I have to say that I believe this facility is out to make money rather than having patients best interests in mind. They told my husband he had a cavity but when we finally switched dentists, our new dentist could not find a cavity in his mouth anywhere.
