Do not go here! I repeat! Do not go here! Dr hazel is too old to be practicing dentistry. My boyfriend just got home and informed me dr hazel broke his tooth and tried to hide it from him. When my boyfriend asked to see a mirror to see the damage, they said they don't have any but yet they had one sitting right next him. my boyfriend got fillings and they didnt even use the tool to smooth them out! Dr hazel kept dropping instruments and yelling at his dentist assistant. Filing a complaint with better business bureau and I'm going to see what else I can do. Aand I repeat do not go here! He is too OLD and rude!
