I brought my ten year old son to Dr. Hockman and was very pleased with our visit. My son did have a small cavity on a baby tooth. Dr. Hockman was honest with me and told me that it was not necessary to get involved with filling the tooth because it was a small cavity on a baby tooth and it would fall out before it became a problem. The tooth did fall out on its own shortly thereafter, just as he said it would. In my experience, a dentist who is honest and does not recommend x rays and work that is not necessarily needed is rare. I did end up letting him seal the back molars which were adult teeth and the price was reasonable.
