I have been going to Dr. Bracken's office for years and I have never had a bad experience. I started going in there in 1999 when I worked in Phoenix, about a block away from his office. I now work in Mesa, and still drive into to see him.
The office staff is friendly and courteous. The office is very clean and runs quite smooth, I am in and out without any issues. The cost is very low but the service is great. Dr. Bracken is one of the best, I trust him and his staff.
About Hygienist: I go in for a cleaning about twice a year... They have many hygienist on staff -- they are all professional and friendly.
