my husband referred me to dr Hoffman had been his dr for the past five years, this experience was the worst of my life. I broke a filling in my lower jaw and need to get it fixed. I went in and things started out with a smile and my history of cancer and being very sensitive. dr Hoffman examine the tooth and went about pulling out the metal filling and pin without and novacaine! I was in so much fear and pain and tried to get him away from my teeth, that was when he grab my hand and started to yell at me. I started crying and wish my husband was their to see how I was being treated. I pray that no one else ever have to experience this kind of service.
About Front Desk: front desk staff was friendly.
About Hygienist: Llosa, she sat there and said nothing while I was being treated like an animal. I am not sure if she was just as surprised as me or she has seen him in action like this before.
