The receptionist was incredibly rude when I called to cancel an appointment more than 24 hours until my appointment claiming that I had to give 48 hours notice and then arguing with me over the phone. Dr. Stevens may be a reasonable dentist, but I will not be returning to his office as I don't want to ever deal with his staff again. I will not be recommending this office to anyone.
