Dr. Chiang is very good at her work during treatment. However, my only concern is she does not spend very much time with you on going over plans. At the most is just 1-2 minutes then she's out the door. During treatment she is wonderful, no pain and no problems afterwards. I recently saw an orthodontist and he mentioned that I should see an endodontist for my gums but this was not mentioned at any of my routine dental visits to Dr. Chiangs office. Her staff is very friendly. The receptionist is extremely pleasant. The cost is OK, I've heard of other dentist that charge less, but I suppose this is expected since the location is in Scottsdale.
