I was in so much pain. I had an absenced tooth. I didn't have a regular dentist anymore so I looked on my insurance website after calling 16 other dentists that day to make an appointment but none of them could see me for a week or so. Then I called Dr Rump's office they set up an appointment for me that day.
Since I had never been there before I was alittle worried about going to a new place and new dentist, but after meeting Dr Rump, her hygienist and the front desk staff they all made me feel important.
I was in alot of pain and Dr Rump calmed me down and sat with me after giving me the shots for numbing my mouth. I don't like shots at all but Dr Rump talked me through it and she seemed to feel my pain with ever shot she gave.
Her staff looked up my insurance information and let me know how much deductable I had and how much it would cost me after my insurance was filed. It was nice knowing exactly how much my out of pocket expense would be.
I had to make several office visits to get this tooth fixed. It set my mind at ease knowing that I would get my tooth fixed by Dr Rump in that calming environment.
My total experience with Dr Rump was a positive one...except for the absenced tooth. I would highly recommend dr Rump.
