Okay where to begin.. I went into Lucy Sloan's office to have my teeth removed for dentures and not only was I numbed several times but yet still in pain when I voiced it or made a sound from the pain I was told to "be quiet!" do not do that because she had other people in the office.. I have now spent money on dentures that rub and hurt.. they do not like to contact anyone to see how they are doing after surgery or through the healing process. Dr Lucy Sloan does not care for the patient! I went and had 14 root tips removed.. dentures put in.. two going on 3 weeks now and not 1 time have they contacted me for any concern or care . it was me to contact them to see if they were even completing the implant attachments that are still waiting to be done.. my opinion is this she should not be doing dental work on people if she does not care for the patient. And if you're worried about pain forget getting a prescription from her.. your best off taking Tylenol because that's what she'll give you.. after surgery by the way I'm 44 years old..Tylenol just doesn't work!.

About Front Desk: Her husband was there running the front desk.. he tried to be polite but yet never contacted me to see if I can come in.. they never made appointments for me to have adjustments. Very non-professional with contacting and caring for their patients.
