I would not recommend this Dentist or go to him again ; he was very rude in the almost 5 years he took doing implants that my husband had to tell him not to speak to me that way again ; we spent 80 thousand dollars with this dentist & I lost 3 implants @ the end because I wasn’t given antibiotics until it almost got out of hand & he then agreed to make things right which cost me another 20 thousand later with another dentist because of his not giving antibiotics in the appropriate time & my mouth was swollen & I was in pain & because I rescheduled the appointment & moved it to another day he just dropped me ( good for his pocketbook but not so good for mine ) & I went to another Dentist that is Wonderful & as it turned out what seemed to be horrible has turned out for the Best because what Dr Payonk was talking about putting in my mouth, I know I would have been just as disappointed as I was with him .
