I started seeing Dr. Harrell out of convenience based on his office location. I was so happy with his service that I continued using him even though he was not an in-network provider under my insurance most years. I lived in Nashville 24 years and never felt the need to see a different dentist.
I had regular cleanings twice a year, periodic x-rays, a number of fillings replaced, couple of chipped or cracked teeth repaired, teeth whitening, and my one and only crown. I did not have a root canal.
Dr. Harrell seems like a unique dentist in today's world. I never felt he was rushing me through to get to the next patient. His prices are extremely reasonable and there was never any pressure to accept more expensive procedures such as a crown when a simple filling might work.
The facilities are not extravagant but the skill of the dentist, quality of dental assistants, and customer care make Dr. Harrell hard to beat. I highly recommend this dentist.
