I have lived in the Acton area for over 18 years. I used to attend a dentist in Valencia, California but switched do to poor customer service and extremelly high pricing. I have now switched to Dr. Hempel in Acton and am pretty happy. Dr. Hempel and his hygentist are absoulutlly excellent, but the staff could use some people skills. Also the pricing is cheaper than most, but the billing process and up-keeping of personell dentist work done could use some improvement. (Example: I was scheduled for two fillings when I had a half finished root canal that needed priotity. The staff thought that I had already finished the root canal and was getting ready to bill me for it.) Overall 3 of 5
