After receiving a bill for services, and an hour long conversation with the insurance company, it was discovered that Dr. Drury never filed a claim. Their excuse for this was that they were waiting to learn the exact benefit percentages for future services. They wanted to be able to get their money as fast as possible for a future hypothetical service. They are MONEY FIRST PATIENT SECOND.
