Dr. Parkin is great, very friendly, very professional bed side manner and a very clean well maintained office. However in dealings with his staff have resulted in me finding another dentist. Even one that charges almost double. The front desk staff is not professional or nice. There billing sucks and they even rise there voice at you in front of other clients. The secetery that I had to deal with every time I needed to make an appointment or pay a bill was always very rude and short with those that I saw her deal with, including myself. I will not be going back to Dr. Parkin due to her " your an inconvienence atttitude". I don't belive in treating clients like this, being in customer service myself.
