Dental care at the Brookside Health Clinic ruined my teeth and caused TMJ.
As a result, my once healthy teeth have worn and fractured.
My teeth and jaw bother me continually.
The care that I received was negligent and incompetent.
The symptoms of TMJ were ignored and the discomfort was misdiagnosed.
The dentist, who performed the work, denies his fault.
However, my dental record proves my allegation.
I offer a very poor recommendation for this clinic that is run by the Brigham and Womens Hospital.
