I have visited Dr. Alex Chan only a couple of times and am a new patient. My first opinion of him is that he is a calm and thorough person and makes you feel relaxed and gives personal attention to your specific problem. He made molds of my teeth which provided me a very good idea about the exact condition of each one of them. Also. he was good at identifying the problems and providing clarifications to any questions.
I had one prophylaxsis (general cleaning) done there and found the hygienist to be good. However he is a little expensive. Also, there were a couple of things that were done in my first visit like the molds, etc. for which the costs were not informed to me prior. Overall I found him to be good in my couple of visits.
