Paul Lederman is really good at his work, but doesn't really take tiem to explain things to the patients.
The front desk receptionist ...(kristi...or someone) does n,t follow up on your appointments. I was in a hurry and asked her to call me to schedule my dental work....i had to call them up and remind them.
They dont do reminder calls at all.....i think i will change to a more friendly dentist in the area..where they value the patients that choose their dentistry
About Hygienist: I like the hygienist, she takes time for the procedure.
