It's not so much the dr. It's his front office staff. Cindy was rude on the phone, rude in person and uncaring. I had to stand there while she texted someone, for a long time. Then she yells for someone in the back office about my chart not being there. Back office staff was great,, if you can get past the rudeness of Cindy! I didn't get my questions answered about my teeth.

About Front Desk: Front desk was awful. I've never been treated so badly in an establishment. Cindy was rude and uncaring. She was texting while I stood there forever, then yelled for someone in the back to bring her a chart, and was more interested in talking to the other front desk person about a recipe she tried rather than my next appt. I left and did not make appt.
