The denist is great here.. the office staff is where you have the problem. They are never at the front desk to check you in. You can waite up to 30 mins after your apt time. Calling you an hour before you apt to tell you that they need to schdule you for a new one but dont know were to put you in. The staff here have been a nightmare. Billing issues on the account for my insurance paying but them not crediting the account and leaving me to pay higher than what I should.

About Hygienist: The office staff is behind in billing out your account from your insurance. Over charge you on your co payment. Preform unauthorized charging to your personal checking or visa account. Be aware dont give the staff your bank account information they charge you without notice and leave a voicemail saying the did so with no approval from you.
