Dr. Thelen and his staff are very good at putting you at ease and keeping you relaxed during a procedure. I had a root canal which I was very frightened about going through. It ended up being entirely painless. I hate needles but the way he pre numbs your mouth I never even felt the novocaine shots. I was very happy at how everything went. He also has one of the cleanest dentist offices I've ever seen.
