Kwok initiated replacement of two crowns. First was the most uncomfortable dental experience I have ever had. Second was ok. Unfortunately, the work (on the first) has led to massive problems which emanate from his original work; cracks in the base tooth, space between the teeth which wasn't there before, and massive aching in the crown area.
