Dr. Ford has a great sense of humor, he's down to earth, efficient, and very kind. His small, friendly staff is wonderful; his wife is his office manager. They all remember details about your life, which shows they actually listen and care about their patients. I've been a patient for 15 years now. I've never had a need for anything major, except a few years ago. Dr. Ford and his staff were very helpful with my night-guard fitting, adjustments, maintenance, etc. Genuinely nice people, no phony-friendly dental care facade--this is the real thing. And his hygientist, who's been there a long-time, is excellent!
