I have seen Dr. Ford for many years. The biggest complaint would probably be how boring his office is. The same faded photos have been on the walls for years. His wife, the receptionist, has also had some attitude when appointments were rescheduled, etc. Overall, a pretty cheap place but my teeth stay in!
