This place is great for comfort and they make sure that you're gased up well (lots of laughing gas - even for cleanings!) - you'll get headphones with music and sunglasses along with a warm blanket for your lap/legs. I fell asleep numerous times.
Dr. James spends a lot of time with folks and seems to love to talk, but I have to say that some of the work that was done wasn't the best. The one crown they put in I had to have reset several times and finally I ended up pulling it out myself while I was back east for Christmas (about 2 months after it was put in). After spending almost $700 for the thing (that's what I owed after insurance payed $900 on the crown), I expected better work. The worst part was that he hadn't taken all the cavities out from some of the fillings they did. I just had one tooth shatter and now need an implant because the cavity that was left underneath the filling on the tooth destroyed the tooth from the inside.
