My family has been seeing Dr. Pan for more than the last 10 + years. His customer service portion of the dental office would be my only issue. He has had his step son in the front office and the young man is short with patients and has an air about him that is snooty. Dr. Pan has apologized for the young man's behavior and because of the economy, I understand having to have family help in the business. In spite of the young man, Dr. Pan is a great dentist and we will continue to see him whether we have dental insurance or not, because is so agreeable about patients having to pay cash. He is well priced, fair, and very patient with my children. We have had every procedure from cleaning to teeth pulling to treating TMJ disease. Dr. Pan is our dentist for a long as he has a practice!!
About Hygienist: Dr. Pan is his own hygienist, so I tend to give him a great review.
