I had a terrible experience at this office. I found Dr. Wagner to be very abrasive and impersonal. The hygienists and front desk staff are nice enough, however the account manager makes up for it with a horrible attitude! I made it very clear that I did not want any additional services that would incur money out-of-pocket, was assured that there would be no additional costs and then promptly was billed. To make it worse, they said I needed work done right away but couldn't schedule until these new charges were settled. I would never go back there and would highly discourage any new patient from visiting this office.
