He is a good dentist and I liked his work But the receptionist is always wrong in the estimates so even though I would pay what they tell me, I would either owe more or get a bill the next appointment which was really annoying, on many occasions, the receptionist (Kathy) gave me wrong information regarding what my insurance will pay for. I finally decided to switch dentists when I went in for a filling and Dr styskal said "your smile will look nbetter if I just file this tooth down. Do you want me to?" I said sure but he never said anything about billing it to my insurance. He made it sound like he was doing it just for me so I get a bill two months later for 65$ and when I called to find out about it...the receptionist was very rude, didn't know what it was for, and had the dentist call me and when he did he told me that it was my responsibility to know what my insurance pays for when I didn't even know what that procedure was called or that he was going to bill. I believe that the amount of money I gave him, he would've been understanding so I'm done with that place and he can rob other people.
