I have been a patient of Dr. Ford for some years now. Dr. Fords office has recently shown me the most disgusting examples of customer service I have ever witnessed. Not only has his office provided a faulty product but Dr. Ford passed himself off as a capable doctor of orthodontics when in fact he does not have the competency or capability to provide a quality product.
Additionally, Dr. Fords office staff has treated a long time patient in the most disrespectful and contumacious manner possible. Unfortunately the Doctor and his staff have chosen to handle a relatively simple customer service issue very poorly: I received a product (retainers) that do not meet my needs.
