I went to Dr Sarang for a root canal and crown treatment. I have delta care insurance and I was responsible for a copay of $175. They charged me $375 instead. When I contacted my insurance company, they said that I was not liable for the additional $200 that the dentist charged and that they should refund me back that amount since it is against the contract that Dr Sarang signed with Delta care. Upon repeated requests and personal visits, Dr Sarang refuses to refund the $200 due to me. Also, I have received a sub-standard and sloppy job on my root canal. After a root canal, the nerve is supposed to be numb and should not feel any cold and heat sensitivity. However, 2 months or so after the root canal and placement of a crown, I still cannot drink cold and hot beverages without a painful sensation. I am really sorry that I went to Dr Sarangs clinic and I have now changed my dentist.
