This dentist is the main reason I have a nervous breakdown every time I go to the dentist, even if it is just for a cleaning. I was drilled on not once but twice without ever being administered any novocaine. My sister had him pull her wisdom teeth and now she cant feel one side of her tounge. I now have to have sedation dentistry because of the trauma enflicted by Dr. Lowell.
