I would not recommend this office. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They respond to treatment and payment questions in a short irritable manner. They suggested I lied about calling to confirm an appointment. When I requested my dental records they refused to provide them - only offering a set of x-rays. With insistence, my records were provided pending a 20$ fee. Laws governing patient records allow a fee for excessively large files (mine were about 10 page). I found their treatment recommendations questionable. It was difficult to tell if they were based on best practice or profitable practice. Porcelain filings were recommended yet Dr Crow did not appear to feel responsible to tell me that my insurance company (largest in the state) would not cover the upgraded filling. When I later called to question the bill they were extremely short and defensive. I was told it was my responsibility to know my benefits (they probably do 300+ of these a year). I expect my Dr to have some knowledge re the cost/coverage of common treatments. I finally left the office after a tooth was cracked during a filling replacement. I felt the procedure was rushed - when I later had questions for Dr Crow he never returned my calls.

About Hygienist: Mary, the dental hygienist, is great. She is professional, through and pleasant. Mary is probably the reason I didn't leave this office earlier. I have had very few dental issues over the last 20 years so Mary was my primary contact.
