I went to Dr. Dorsey and he did a root canal, and then he had to re do it because it did not take. Although he did not charge me for the 2nd root canal he refused to make any adjustment on my account. Now I have to get it redone by another dentist, with the understanding now that the tooth is cracked and I face loosing my tooth. Not only was he not compassionate in regards to my bill and my out costs, his staff were entirely rude to the point of laughing at me on the phoneand hanging up on me. When this was discussed with Dr. Dorsey. I felt that he could have cared less and felt his concern was in getting paid and loosing me as a patient was of no big deal to him. I was not happy with the care that I received.
