Dr. Kae is a good dentist but not professional with upset customers, just seems to dismiss their concerns. His manaer never calledI me back for follow up treatments. I called her twice to make sure they haven't forgotten about me, and she said she wouldn't and will call back, never did. Recently, we got a letter saying that they were no longer going to take our insurance. So I was upset because I paid alot up front (co-pays) for my dental work. I called to talk to her and I was upset and became rude when she said she has to still get me in even though they won't tak my insurance. That made me angry, I don't have the money to pay for it on my own, otherwise, I wouldn't have insurance. I did use profanity and hung up. However, I realized I let my emotions take control of me and called back the front desk to apologize to Lisa for me. I didn't aplogize to her myself because my husband called to talk to her and was actually calm and she hung up on him. Therefore, I wanted the receptionist to deliver my message. 4 days later, I received another letter from dr. Kae saying that he no longer provide services to me due to my behavior, even though he already sent me a letter saying he couldnt' take my insurance.

About Hygienist: Great hygienist. The only problem we had was with their manager who never returned our calls to schedule us back and dr. kae didn't seem to care about that, he only cared about me hurting his manager's feelings and doesn't seem to want to hold his manager accountable for not returning his customer's phone calls to schedule them back in. Never even bothered to ask about my concern or acknowledge my apology. His letter to me seemed like a "Screw you" letter - seemed personal and unprofessional.
