I had a crown over there several months ago. The quality of the nurse there is terrible. I doubt they had any formal training. Trust me, it is the nurse who do a lot of work on your teeth. Every time I came back home from their office, I found several cut on my gum. And sometimes in the middle of something, the nurse doesn't know how to do it, and has to stop and ask help from other nurses, or doctor. Believe me, it is just some simple and routine work, not sure where did they recruit this nurse. It is not just one, it is a common thing in the office. I don't feel comfortable going back there at all. The doctor is ok, cost of insurance is ok. But I have to say that I am very unhappy with my experience there.
