This Doctor is very gentle and tries very hard to make you comfortable. He has some difficulty with the English Language and clear communication is challenging. He is obviously Vietnamese.
His office staff is a different matter. They don't seem very patient friendly and I've been trying to get a crown done for months and I can't seem to get an appointment anytime within 4 months...even after having a temporary installed...they just can't seem to move me up the priority list .
As a result I'm looking for a new dentist...whose staff understands my needs to get it done in a reasonable amount of time.
