Absolutely awful! He ruined one of my FRONT teeth. I had an awesome smile, very good teeth, but one had a small chip and was a tiny bit shorter than the other one. Dr. Baer suggested I fill the chip to better match the length of the other one. I was hesitant at first, then thought if it improved my smile, why not go for it? Well, he filed nearly the entire surface of the tooth, NOT just where he put the filling. As a result the contours of my the FRONT teeth don't match, and what's worse is the way he filed down my natural tooth (not where the filling is), makes that tooth look crooked!! I am DEVESTATED and would give anything to have my old smile back!!! Not to mention that well into the procedure he tells me I should slice my apples, rather than biting into them? Really? Oh, then to find out from my dental hygienist sister later, front fillings are SO hard to do, tons of risks, from color matching to the possibility for staining (permanent) at the seam between the natural tooth and the filling!!! Why didnt anyone at Baer's office tell me this??? If I had been rightly informed by my dentist about the risks involved and not being able to bite into an apple ever again, I would have NEVER has this done! I am furious and devastated!!
