I had quite a bit of dental work done in just 2 visits. I'm certainly no an expert in the field, but I am a customer... My experiance was a bit chaotic. One minute I'm getting my teeth cleaned, and the next, 1/4 of my teeth are getting drilled. Sure, the lack of flossing is certainly my responsibility, but nothing was explained to me. I even wonder, was it all necessary? I sort of felt bossed around. It was very discouraging that at no point did any person ask me if I had any specials needs or expectations!
