Well, how often do you get a health care worker who periodically checks in with you to see if you're ok? Hardly ever. Explains step by step what's going on? Reveals the genuine intricacy and difficulty of the work without any defensiveness? Like, never. He has a very engaging manner. Ready - I even fell asleep while he was yanking and poking and grinding. That's how comfortable I felt. Too bad I needed a root canal to go visit. He's that much fun.
