Dr. Wendi Wilson botched a root canal, which left me in terrible pain. I paid the balance due, as instructed, and then went to another dentist who handled the problem quickly and efficiently. I do understand problems can happen with the best of dentist...However....Without informing me Dr's Arnold and Wilson's office charged and billed me at an old address for two years before a credit agency found me, even though I had my old mail delivered to my new address for about 6 months and my new home telephone number was listed. I had two years worth of interest and penalties to pay AND a negative credit report. I was treated VERY rudely when I tried to discuss the matter with the Arnold/Wilson office staff. The doctors refused to speak to me about the issue. All this after I forgave the office for putting in metal crowns even though I'd told them I had had previous allergic reations to metal. I will never go back to their office again.
