My daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed, and we were referred to Dr. Fish by another dentist. After providing our insurance information, I requested three times that the office check our insurance to verify that the services would be covered. They continuously refused to verify insurance coverage. Only after the dental work was completed did they tell me that they were "out of network" with our insurance company, and that I would be responsible for payment of the entire bill. Dr. Fish's office staff was less than honest with me throughout this ordeal. I would never return to Dr. Fish for dental services again!
