I went in and had my initial orientation, which was supposed to be with the Surgeon. I never saw him, so they waived the fee. Based on getting all of my wisdom teeth removed they ran the info with my insurance and stated I would only be responsible for $300 and that my surgury would be a fairly easy one with no complications. I went in to have my surgury, paid my $300 balance due. My recovery was harsh and not what they told me it would be, it took over 2 weeks and I had no feeling in the right side of my tongue or lower jaw. I called and they said that could be normal, they probably hit a nerve and it would grow back and correct that, just be patient. About 3 months later I got billed for another $300 even after I paid and my insurance paid off my bill. I called to try and correct this and they were not helpful and insisted I owed the money and would not send me info I requested on the bill. I just found out about a judgement against me for the balance. WHAT?! Apparently they sued me and claimed they served me, which they did not... Its almost 2 years later and I still have no feeling in my jaw or tongue, and a judgement against me for the money I PAID. Horrible business practices, I recommend NOT doing business with them!
