Customer Service was terrible during pre-op appointments and right before the surgery for my son. Dr. Kane was very accommodating and has great service and delivery approach to his patients. The front just seems like they are not happy with their job and do not care about their actions. If the front desk were more approachable, I would then come back for Dr. Kane.
